Description: Chants for 60 sec. You cannot move
and your own buffs and debuffs are removed. Every
10 sec each party member in range may get one of
13 random buffs, and each enemy one of 10 random
bad effects. Costs HP/SP every 10 sec. Cast again
to stop. Ends if you are Silenced.
